How to transfer product keys for a new ZM-1 owner?

To transfer product keys for a new microphone owner, we need you to write an e-mail to Zylia Support. You need to send us your microphone’s serial number or your e-mail address. Your microphone’s serial number is located on the back of the ZM-1 box or tripod stand of the microphone. Thanks to this, we will identify the product keys generated for you and deactivate them. A new user must enter our website and complete the registration form.

After registering the microphone, the new user will receive product keys from us by e-mail.
