ZYLIA ZM-1 is not lighting

If your ZM-1 device is not lighting or possesses white LED, please check the following:

  • ZYLIA ZM-1 is connected to a power supply (USB),
  • the LED ring dimming value isn’t set to maximum,
  • you are not using a too long USB cable (we recommend to use a cable provided with the microphone).

Then try to connect ZYLIA ZM-1 to different USB ports of your computer.
If it won’t turn on please try connecting the ZM-1 to a USB hub 3.0 (preferable than 2.0 USB hub).
